Insurance
We accept most major dental plans. Our team verifies your benefits before treatment is scheduled, so you know where you stand ahead of time.
Call us with your plan details and we will check it for you.
NEW PATIENTS
Your first appointment sets the tone for everything after it. Here is how we run it, what to bring, and how we handle insurance and cost so there are no surprises.
You check in at the front desk and we confirm your health history and insurance. If you filled out forms at home, this part is quick.
We take the images we need to see what is going on, including a panoramic view. These help us look at bone, roots, and areas between teeth.
One of our doctors examines your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissue. We look at what is stable, what is changing, and what needs attention.
Many patients have their cleaning the same day. If your gums need a different kind of care first, we will explain why and plan it with you.
We walk through what we found and lay out your options in plain language. Nothing gets booked until you understand it and agree to it.
Fill out your new patient forms at home and walk in ready to be seen.
Complete new patient formsPrefer paper? You can also complete the forms in the office. Please arrive a little early if you do.

Third party financing is available for larger treatment plans. We work with CareCredit and Scratchpay, and you can apply directly through either one.
Ask the front desk if you would like help getting started.
You get a written estimate before any work begins. When it helps, we phase treatment so you can move at a pace that works for you.
Questions about an estimate are always welcome.
